JYNLAB is built by Jenny Park, who moved from business and marketing into software engineering, product, and AI. We build the AI automation systems, custom software, and AI agents we wish existed for our own operations, then ship them for clients.

I started in business and marketing before moving into software engineering, product, and AI. The switch changed my tools, not my lens: understanding what people pay for, how they find products, and why they choose one option over another. That never stopped mattering.

The biggest shift in how businesses run right now is manual work quietly becoming automatable. Follow-ups that used to need a person. Reporting that used to take an afternoon. Content that used to need a team. Most businesses haven't caught up to what's now possible. It's not that the tools don't exist. Nobody's built the system that fits how they actually work.

That's what JYNLAB does. We design and build AI automation systems, custom software, and AI agents around your actual workflow, not a generic template. AI Search Visibility (AEO), the practice of getting cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, is one of six service lines we run, not the whole business.
